Two Polls in Wed.'s NYTimes
In separate stories, 8/31/05 New York Times reports two polls which show how far progessive activists have to go. In a local NYT poll, almost half of Democrats survyed believe Mayor Bloomberg deserves re-election. In a second, sponsored by the Pew Trust, more than two-thirds of Americans endorsed teaching creationism in schools. We have, I guess, a very long row to hoe. These polls should be reviewed.
