In her case it was a consistent pattern. In Obama's case it was an exception.

Obama was talking about the Veterans Administration at the time, which has 57 offices. So that's where that came from, not that any traitor repug would know that.

As to Joe Biden, he is among the most respected Senators from either party on foreign policy. I am sure he can teach almost anyone something about geopolitics while Sarah Palin knows NOTHING. There is no comparison between Joe Biden and Sarah "Ignorance is Bliss" Palin, and you know it. Even Fox News knows it. Yes, I think it was an off the record comment by McCain campaign workers angry over the disastrous Palin candidacy. So technically it counts as rumor. Though of course a very plausible rumor given the abysmally stupid comments she made publicly in interviews and speeches.
