PEACE RALLY
End the War in Iraq
Join us this Saturday September 24th between 12:00 – 2PM for a peace rally to end the war in Iraq and bring our troops home.
The location is Main Street and Wolcott Ave (9D) in Beacon.
There will be two hours of music and song, rain or shine.
So bring signs and be ready to sing together for peace.
If you can’t go to Washington, take part in the Beacon Rally!

Meeting Place for DFA affilitates wishing to march together:

The DFA people in DC are putting out the welcome mat for people across the country coming to DC. People wanting to march with DFA affiliates will be meeting at Freedom Plaza opposite the Marriott on Pennsylvania Avenue between 13th and 14th Streets, NW at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 24. From there we'll make the short walk to the Ellipse where the rally will begin at 11:30.

A Weekend long BENEFIT FOR NEW ORLEANS and the Victims of Katrina!

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, September 22-24

Starting Thursday and going all the way through Saturday, Raven will be going all out to raise funds for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. All weekend long they will have surprise guest DJs, and drink specials all going to help with the relief efforts on the Gulf Coast . .

Thursday Night will feature guest DJ Michael Dos Platos spinning his unique mix of southern soul and Cajun sounds.

Friday Night the boys from Rock Box will be spinning the hardest badass rock while asking all you rockers to dig deep and give.

Saturday Night will be a very special Boss Sounds with the Crazy Baldhead Sound System spinning Reggae and Soul with special guests.
