Laughing Liberally has two goals: first, to entertain people while
also reminding them why they are liberals, progressives, and
left-leaners of all stripes, giving them joy and confidence in their
beliefs; and second, to provide opportunities for comics to develop
their craft and make a living at comedy while still being political.
We want to help the next Al Franken, Jon Stewart, or Janeane Garofalo
build a career and change the world at the same time.

On February 4th, a group of the best comics from the left will join
together to perform on Broadway, at the Town Hall Theater. The show
will combine veteran and up-and-coming liberal comedians, videos, and
more. Come be liberal and be entertained, at the same time. The
Right may have won on the airwaves, but the Left can win with humor.
