Jimmy Dahroug Will Win

So today I get several emails and instant messages having to do with the number one State Senate race we can win...the one Jimmy Dahroug almost won in 2006. This is our top priority race and we shouldn't fuck it up. So this diary is hopefully going to get everyone back on the right track.

First off, let me indicate that Jimmy Dahroug has a new website. Here it is:

http://www.jimmyforsenate.com/

Democracy for NYC and Jim Dean (Howard Dean's brother and current head of Democracy for America) is having a fundraiser for Jimmy on Tuesday, Nov. 27th here in NYC. Hope you all can join in. And if you can't, then join me in making a donation.

This comes from Democracy for NYC:

A former “Dean Dozen” candidate (2004 and 2006), endorsed by Democracy for NYC, this dynamic and intelligent young man is about to blaze a bold new trail in the tired old politics of Long Island - specifically, Suffolk County, District 3. A district now held by special-interest “king of pork” Republican Caesar Trunzo, 35-year NYS Senate seat-holder.  read more »
