But not at Bronx County GOP. Bronx County GOP Leader Joseph J. Savino honors people with a criminal achievement. On February 10, 2008, Bronx GOP will be honoring Fred Brown. Mr. Brown is the President of the National Black Republican Council. But Mr. Brown does not pay his taxes, has a criminal conviction, plus he is now guilty of false voter registration and voting from one domicile and living in another domicile. But this is nothing new for many members of Bronx County GOP who have voter registration and illegally vote in the Bronx, but they all actually live elsewhere in Rockland, Westchester, Putnam and other surrounding counties, it is all relevant conduct and political hacking at it's best. And it seems that there have been complaint letters sent to the New York State and City Board of Elections about these Bronx County GOP members, and nothing has ever been done to investigate these complaints because of their political status. It is against the law and fraud at it's best. Many newspaper articles have been written about these political hacks in the recent past. These members of Bronx County GOP are damaging the integrity of our electoral process. Mayor Bloomberg has called for a reform of the ways that the New York City Board of Elections operates with it's style of Tammany Hall tactics recently. There is an attachment on this BLOG that was recently uncovered from the headquarters of Bronx County GOP that shows a complaint letter about Fred Brown from 1998 that was sent to the New York City Board of Elections for enforcement, but as you can see it was swept under the rug. The complaint letter also has a NYC Board of Elections time/date stamp on it. What was also uncovered was that Fred Brown had many people registered to vote at a one bedroom Bronx apartment.
